Summary

I would be a loyal employee willing to take on challenging new roles and learning new skills along the way. I have experience with speaking in front of people i do not know due to me being in competitions in primary school (since age 9). Doing so has given me the ability to be able to communicate well with others. I am also a very empathetic individual which enables me to connect well with customers/colleagues and give those who need it the support they may be looking for, whether thats a customer needing assistance during my work shifts or fellow colleagues needing help with something more personal, i am always willing to listen to peoples needs and opinions. I am driven to complete tasks to the best of my abilities and deliver high quality services to customers consistently so i would be a very hardworking individual.

Although it may not be seen as a real job, my parents and i work alongside each other to care for my younger brother daily. he struggles with additional needs and is unable to look after himself adequately. Our hard work is out of pure love and i don't tend to perceive it as an actual job.

  • Communication skills - Although i struggle with my anxiety, in a workspace i am able to communicate well with people who may need assistance / Co-Workers I am also able to communicate effectively about how i feel towards situations and get the point across easily
  • Social media marketing - Due to my recent work within my Business Studies classes i have learnt to be able to successfully manage a business account and find out the pros and cons of social media marketing This means that i am able to decipher whether social media marketing would be successful for a business or not and how it would work
  • Team building - I am able to work successfully with peers when needed to if people are willing to work together i am able to complete tasks while doing so
  • Leadership - I am also happy to be the one leading the group tasks As previously mentioned, i am able to communicate my feelings about situations well, and ensure people will listen when instructions are given
  • Calm under pressure - Most people would find that working under pressure is stressful, which it is, however even under pressure i would still be able to withstand the same working standards that are expected of me and complete tasks to the same standard
