Im currently working at Toro Lounge, this has included the basic running of the restaurant as well as

managing the team, i have had basic training in the kitchen meaning i am able to hold serivice in the

kitchen.

This has also included me being in control of ordering, deliveries, stocks and budgeting, as well as doing the rotas and making sure we have enough team on to match what we have been forecasted for that week.

I have spent 3 weeks holding the site while our general manager had been away.

I spent a few months covering two other sites and helping fixing the problems in the lounges and helping recruit new team members for the lounges. As well as this I also will go to other lounges in our area to help cover when they are short staffed.

While working here i maintained the basic running of the shop floor, making sure it was fully stock and making sure the team were working properly.

As well as keeping up with deliveries and maintaining the cleanliness of the stock room.

I took part in the anual stock take as well as the smaller stock checks that happened at the end of each

month.

I would cash up the tills and work out the banking for each night.

I managed the pizza express restaurant as well as the kitchen over the months i worked there, this included running the front of house team, organising the dining area as well as organising the booking system. I also use to host children and adult pizza party's, this included the booking of the party, the set up before

the party, keeping everyone entertained and busy during the party and then the clear up afterwards as well as taking the payments. I took charge of stock counts and the ordering of the drinks stock.

On busier shifts, I would take control of the kitchen, telling the chefs the latest orders and quality checking

the food before it leaving the kitchen.

I worked at a busy little town pub, the roles of this job included the opening and closing down of the pub, cashing up at the end of the day, putting the days figures into an online system.

It also included greeting and seating customers to the correctly booked tables, making sure all bookings are organised and recorded correctly, taking customers orders and then putting them through the tills, making and pouring drinks, setting tables, making sure the kitchen had all products needed and was running up to speed with the service as well as taking food to customers from the kitchen, making sure all was plated up correctly, making sure the pub is always looking tidy and just the general up keep of

the pub.

I also was in charge of the ordering for the front of house and keeping up with the stock, this included the upkeep of the wide selection of ales we sold.

I ran the shop at AT automotive, this job includes stocking the shop, ordering parts and new stock, helping customers with items they need and advising what might work the best for them, filing invoice and uploading them to an online system. I work very closely with the workshop team in making sure they

have got all the correct parts needed and delivered on time for the necessary jobs. during my time here I assisted customers with a warm and professional attitude. I also learnt how to process refunds, orders, exchanges and customer transactions. I assisted customers with queries, handled emails, inbound calls,

and outbound calls as well as billing issues and order inquiries.

I was working on the counter in euro car parts, my role includes serving customers, finding parts for there vehicles through our online catalogue system, collecting parts from around the warehouse. I also worked closely along side of the warehouse team, helping them put stock away and picking parts for garages to be sent out.

I made sure the shop is fully stocked and all the promotional products are out and on display. Working here has helped me and taught me to get through stressful situations in a calm manner as it can get very busy and we would encounter some challenging customers and I’ve always manage to find a

solution to help them get what they’re looking for.

Here i was trained fully as a waitress and bartender. This is a very busy family friendly cafe/bar.

I was awarded the employee of the month the first month of working there. this was due to me being hard working and committed to my job and helping the team, as well as being calm in stressful situations and being a friendly and welcoming team member.

I was a part time wairess at a busy biker cafe,

i'd deliver food to customeers, handle the pot wash area, clear up tables and keep up with the general

tidying of the cafe .

This helped me build my confidence and also helped me work on dealing with customers.
