My Main duties were:

• My main responsibilities were to mainly be the first point of contact on the helpdesk to provide IT support for approximately 150- 200 devices, across multiple sites.

  Assist with equipment moves, setups and configurations. Keep the IT asset list updated. Undertake routine maintenance tasks across systems, PC and server-based.
