A highly motivated and proactive administrator with strong experience supporting procurement and purchasing activities within large organisations. For the past 18 months at Siemens Mobility UK, I have been raising purchase orders, calculating costs from supplier quotes, sourcing products and services for two sites — from office supplies to high-value equipment such as Kardex machines and forklifts. I also monitor contracts, liaise with suppliers, coordinate deliveries, and support onboarding, offboarding, IT and wider site administration tasks. To build on this experience, I am currently self-studying for the CIPS Level 4 Certificate in Procurement and Supply, with the goal of progressing into a dedicated Buyer or Procurement Specialist role. I bring excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, and thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment.
