This job has taught me so many skills for working asides from gymnastics skills. It has taught me how to have great communication skills such as customer service and staying professional under pressure. Coaching has also taught me safety protocols as well as organizational skills to make sure everyone I am working alongside is safe in the environment they are working in and everyone is prepared for what they will be doing. In this job I have to multi task very often as I have to make sure that all of my gymnasts and customers are being seen to as well as staying safe.

  • Double mini trampoline gymnastics has been a huge part of my life since I was 7 years old. I am currently at the world elite level. Being an elite athlete for Great Britain has taught me so many things. Such as organisational skills for my training and competition schedule. Elite sport has also taught me amazing social skills as well as working well under pressure but remaining professional at all times.

As my time as an elite athlete there has been many achievements that I have gained. Such as:
