I am 16 years old and have been working in the coffee shop for a number of years and the coffee shop has recently been taken over by mum . I am looking to try out something a little different and exciting to broaden my skills and experiences . I think I’d be good this role as I have a younger sibling who has additional needs and I have a number cousins who I spend a lot of time with . Having a sibling with additional needs does mean that I have lots of patience with younger people and skills that other 16 year olds may not yet have developed.
