I have a background in IT support, systems implementation, and operational management across both technical and service environments. I started my career as a Help Desk Engineer, providing remote technical support to users across the UK, EU, APAC, and US regions, which helped me develop a strong foundation in troubleshooting, user support, and maintaining business applications.
Over time, I moved into operational roles where I work closely with digital systems that support day-to-day service delivery. In my current role at Arch Futures, I oversee a range of operational platforms including care management systems, rostering tools, compliance software, and workflow automation systems. My work involves supporting teams to use these systems effectively, working with external vendors, and ensuring systems support governance, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements.
I have also been involved in staff training and system rollouts, including EPOS systems, payroll platforms, and digital auditing tools. Through these experiences I have developed a practical understanding of how technology supports organisations in real operational environments.
I enjoy working collaboratively with teams to ensure systems remain reliable, practical, and aligned with organisational needs, while also contributing to improvements where technology can make processes simpler and more efficient.
