Physical fitness is more than a hobby to me at a very young age, I have engaged in MMA clubs and boxing have recently started Gym. Exercise is crucial for my wellbeing and mental health, allowing my body to function not just during exercise, but in all aspects of my life. Also makes you feel part of a community and connected as you get to communicate and interact with all age groups.
Learning new skills, especially from experienced people who have gained knowledge over the years. It interest me to see if we are able to evolve which could lead to new accomplishments.
