As a postgraduate student, I was deeply involved in daily surgical activities with no outpatient department (OPD) responsibilities, gaining extensive hands-on experience in trauma surgery, spine procedures, and arthroplasty. Working in a corporate hospital situated near a government facility provided me with a high volume of surgical exposure, including hundreds of surgical cases annually. I developed strong expertise in trauma management, particularly in high-velocity vehicular injuries and pediatric trauma, while also managing OPD and emergency services on an alternate-day basis.
My academic involvement included delivering lectures and participating in teaching programs for both postgraduate and undergraduate students. I contributed to research with publications in peer-reviewed journals, including a focused study on anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR) and meniscus repair.
Over time, I honed my skills in upper limb surgeries, assisting in shoulder and elbow replacements, and enhanced my proficiency in joint replacement techniques. I am also experienced in basic spine trauma management and general trauma surgeries, including complex polytrauma cases.
Additionally, I bring strong linguistic versatility, being fluent in English, Hindi, Telugu, Marathi, and Arabic, which allows me to communicate effectively in diverse clinical settings. Having lived in various cultural and ethnic backgrounds, I’ve developed adaptability, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills.
