During my medical internship, I honed a diverse set of clinical skills, including catheterization, intubation, cannulation, and venepuncture, while refining my medical history-taking abilities and bedside manner. Additionally, I actively participated in multidisciplinary meetings across various departments such as paediatrics, general surgery, internal medicine, orthopaedics, and obstetrics and gynaecology. These experiences not only expanded my clinical expertise but also enhanced my ability to collaborate effectively within diverse healthcare settings, preparing me for a comprehensive understanding of patient care across multiple specialties.

Working for the NHS Track and Trace service during Covid-19 provided a platform to refine my communication skills and deepen my empathy amidst adversity. Contacting individuals potentially exposed to the virus, I communicated complex information with clarity and compassion, addressing concerns with patience and understanding.

As a customer service representative for the government scheme Warm Home Discount, I assisted vulnerable individuals with accessing essential heating support, cultivating empathy and compassion through my interactions. This role provided invaluable experience in empathetically addressing the needs of vulnerable populations, reinforcing my commitment to supporting others during challenging circumstances.
