Audits and QI Projects


  • QIP: Sepsis Six Adherence in AMU is constant quality improvement measure which is a source of meaningful change toward the approach of all the patient admitted with sepsis. I continues to ensure that the members of team are vigilant to assess and expedite the care of patient with sepsis.
  • QIP: CURB-65 scoring is ensured to be unitized as essential component to offer the care to patients with CAP. The important aspect were presented in poster presentation SAM meeting.
  • Stroke Audit was done to look into the timeline of diagnostic intervention offered to the patient with suspected stroke who are out of thrombolysis window. The findings were shared with stroke team at New Cross Hospital and their feedback was utilized to provide recommendation for enhanced care.


Research and Publications

  • Research Certification Course (University of Leeds and National Institute of Health Research): Completed certification course which 4 week duration (4 hours/week).
  • Publication: Participated in publication of article Prescribing with Precision which shines the light on aligning of CURB-65 scores with antibiotic protocol in patient with CAP. The article was published in International Journal of Medical Science and Advanced Clinical Research (IJMACR).
  • Poster presentation was done in Society of Acute Medicine meeting in Manchester (22,23 September 2025)
