• App Development: Assisted in the development and testing of a mobile application to improve internal processes. Contributed to the design, coding, and debugging phases.
• Software Development: Collaborated with senior developers on software development projects to enhance operational efficiency. Worked on writing code, debugging, and updating software tools.
• Team Collaboration: Attended daily Zoom meetings and provided updates on project progress, while also discussing improvements and new features.
• In-Office Role: Worked alongside team members in the office environment, enhancing professional communication and teamwork skills.

Participated in the Nestlé Employability Skills Program, gaining insights into how a large company effectively meets customer needs. This experience allowed me to develop skills in customer service, problem-solving, and understanding business operations within a corporate environment.

• Working in pharmacy in March 2019 this was two-week work experience; that established customer skills because of different customers that have with different needs
• Also performed different roles - for example- main responsively was to stack medicines in shelves this was difficult as it required organization skills because medicines have different names that needs to be stacked in specific places for customers
• This two-week work experience overall was insight of what it is like to be adult in world of work
• Skills obtained of out this work experience was punctuality, attendance, time management and customers skills.
