Mohadeseh Shirin Beshman

I am a dedicated and compassionate nursing student with a strong interest in providing high-quality care to patients. I am motivated to work in healthcare because I enjoy helping others and making a positive difference in people’s lives. I am now applying for bank shift opportunities so I can continue developing my practical skills while supporting patients and healthcare teams.

During my 8-week clinical placement, I gained valuable experience working in a clinical environment and supporting nurses with patient care. I learned the importance of effective communication, teamwork, and maintaining patient dignity and safety. This placement helped me develop confidence in interacting with patients and understanding their needs.

I also completed one year of volunteer work in a hospital, where I assisted staff and supported patients by helping with basic needs, providing comfort, and creating a positive environment. This experience strengthened my compassion, patience, and ability to work well within a healthcare team.

Through my studies and experience, I have developed good communication skills, teamwork, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility. I am reliable, eager to learn, and committed to delivering safe and respectful care.

I believe that working bank shifts will allow me to gain more experience in different healthcare settings while continuing my nursing studies and contributing positively to patient care. I am enthusiastic about supporting healthcare staff and ensuring that patients receive the best possible care.

Pastor Philip Dyson

He was the senior Pastor of Sunbridge Road Mission from 1988 until 2019. He then retired and have been co-leader of the church's Refugee and Asylum Seeker Ministry since March 2020.
