I am also an alumni of HSBC's prestigious Enterprise Engineer Program (EEP). This program has yearly intakes of 120 candidates and is open to anyone with an IT background from any country. Thousands apply but after filtering the candidates only a handful are selected. You are taught soft skills for example, time management, mentoring, team dynamics and presentation skills. You are also introduced to upcoming technologies for example, Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence and BlockChain. At the end of course you are required to present a project to senior management and if selected it becomes a real project. Each candidate is required to pass a certification (from an approved list). I undertook CKAD and passed with a score of 89%.
