- Designing training sessions weekly for age groups u5's-u8's, following the pre-academies themes and topics as best as possible to bridge the gap from ETC to pre academy sessions.

-Organising of teams weekly for Sunday fixtures, ensuring all players are selected for a team and every player has as equal amount of minutes as possible during these fixtures.

- Voluntary help for games on a Saturday morning for our u6's and u7's age groups.

- Aimed to provide a fun and enjoyable experience for new players starting the game.

- Provided feedback when required and ensured there was always lots of positivity during games to keep the players motivated
