Whilst working for the NHS Track and Trace, my role consisted of calling individuals who had tested positive for Covid-19 after taking the PCR test. The job also consisted of calling anyone who can come into contact with those who tested positive within the last 10 days before testing positive. Upon calling these individuals, they. were asked to confirm their personal details and were asked to state their symptoms. Those who had tested positive were also asked to state who they had been in contact with within the past 10 days. After this, they were warned on how to prevent the further spread of coronavirus, and were advised to stay at home. I really enjoyed working this job.
