- Liaise with all Hotel department to ensure the accurate plan of Meetings and Events & best customer service (successfully reach 4.5 stars on Google for customer satisfaction)
- Maximize enquiry conversion through effective call handling techniques, thorough product knowledge and superior customer service (Secured 14K M&E Revenue in 3 months)
- Handle individual, groups and events reservations through OPERA PMS
- Ensure the Meetings & Events team are following pricing and selling strategies for all market segments in order to achieve
departmental financial budgets and targets (reached +27% best Revenue Performing Hotel in PPC in 2024)
- Maximise enquiry conversion through effective call handling techniques, thorough product knowledge and superior customer service.
- Carry out Company processes and procedures to ensure that business on the books is robust and accurate at all times.
- Ensure all systems are operated to the required standard as laid down by Valor and Marriott in order to ensure effective management of the rooms business.
