My work experience spans a diverse range of skills, enabling me to adapt quickly and excel in any role.
I particularly enjoy nurturing growth by drawing upon the motivational mindset I have developed through my teaching and personal training background.
Recently, my focus has been on supporting economic development. This aims to reduce economic inactivity, promoting apprenticeships, collaborating with local employers, creating work experience opportunities, working with the DWP to address youth unemployment and partnering with secondary schools to support pupils in the job application and interview process.
I have also cultivated a strong interest in mental health support. By completing Level 2 courses related to mental health conditions, I have demonstrated a commitment to lifelong learning and breaking down barriers for individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
I firmly believe that change is one of life’s constants, and I embrace it with enthusiasm. This mindset makes me a reflective, adaptable and sociable professional who is always seeking opportunities to improve workplace outcomes.
