I would like to work as a registered nurse. I am passionate about work I do. I am motivated enthusiastic individual and with excellent inter personnel and communication skills. I have several years of nursing experience in India and abroad. I have gained lots of skills and knowledge from my previous experience as a nurse. I provided comprehensive care to patients with chronic conditions such as diabetes ,heart failure ,and respiratory illnesses. Additionally I managed the care of acute illnesses, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
In my current role at Salford Royal hospital in the Acute medicine ward , I have gained valuable patient care experience that complements my previous nursing roles.
Assisting the patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting etc also support patients with mobility needs, including helping with walking ,repositioning and transfers . Maintaining patients nutritional status including assistance to feeding. providing emotional and social support to the patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
In my role as a clinical support worker at Fountains care centre , I supported the nursing and medical teams in providing high- quality and compassionate care to elderly residents.
