I’m a hard-working cook with experience as a grill cook and an interest in artisan baking. I’ve spent time at home making sourdough bread and pizza, experimenting with starters and different flours to get the best results. I take real pride in what I make and want to bring that same care into a bakery setting.
I’m comfortable working under pressure, keeping things organized, and always maintaining high hygiene standards. I’m quick to learn new things, enjoy hands-on work, and love staying active outside of the kitchen.
