I started as an apprentice In October 2023 and I am now fully qualified as an Nursery practitioner, I have experience with all age-groups (babies to pre-school). The room I am currently involved with is ages two to three. My duties involve weekly observations of my five key children.

I also carry out circle time where we sing songs, dance to music, day recognition, numeracy, weather, story telling etc. I also carry out roll play where the children have a chance to indulge in future career rolls. I I also put out activities for the children such as messy play (on the tough tray), water play and mark making. I also help with toilet training

Every six months I hold a parents evening for my key children discussing progress, any issues, progression. at this point the parents can have a say in future development
