I am a dedicated and hard-working individual with particular expertise in customer service, team leadership, and quality control in the retail/food industry. Overall, I work well in customer facing roles, where people are at the heart of the company.
I am good at problem solving, regulating time management and adopting a proactive approach. I am committed to both working with and/or leading a positive work environment. More specifically, I am proficiently skilled in inventory purchasing and management, ensuring seamless operations and optimal resource utilisation, KPI tracking and maintaining high standards through CLAYGO and COSHH compliance, cashing up, organising deliveries and working across multiple sites. I have worked in Meadowhall where I oversaw dual sites running at the same time.
Many people would describe me as optimistic, kind and compassionate with an intellectual head on my shoulders. This gives me a blend of a professional yet also nurturing personality, putting my heart into everything I do, whether that's achieving personal goals or as part of a team working towards a shared end-goal.
I am currently looking to get back into work after having my two children, this is why there is a gap in employment. As I am currently completing my degree in Psychology with Counselling (all online) I would love a role that centre's around healthcare, support work, care work, disabilities or in a role that aids people's lives as I believe this will help me excel in my personal career prospects and goals. But equally, I am also happy to go back into a similar role as before, working in customer service, retail and/or food.
