Miller Brown

I am a very determined individual which allows me to excel at any task or duty acquired. I am capable of both working in a team and using my own initiative within the work place. I have a flexible and positive approach to employment and I am willing to undertake the required training to suit my next working environment. After 6 years of employment at JD Sports, my role as a floor manager provided me with the opportunity to develop valuable skills to take forward throughout my career. My role involved, but was not limited, to, coordinating team members; organising weekly rotas; training members of staff; recruitment; and cash handling.

With my employment at SMP, I was seeking a new challenge in a fast paced environment to grow as an individual both personally and professionally. I have gained the ability to establish and manage my own team of people, which matches my aspirations for career progression and growth. Going forward, I am keen to take on a new role which will allow me to continue to grow to my strengths.

With my employment at Marvent, I manufactured various units of ventilation ducting. This process was done by using various machine parts/tools, power tools and hand processes. With my time at Marvent I have come to be very skilled working with my hands and have gained a vast knowledge of the ventilation sector with a keen eye for detail and perfectionism.
