• During my year as a back-of-house operative at the Nike flagship store, I honed my skills in organization, efficiency, and teamwork.
• Beyond handling inventory and ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes, I received customer service training that allowed me to engage directly with customers on the shop floor.
• Taking pride in being approachable and attentive whilst also using my knowledge of Nike products to help customers find exactly what they need was also important. Whether it was recommending the right footwear or assisting with sizing, I always aimed to create a positive and seamless shopping experience.
