  • Designed, coordinated and executed premises relocation through to the showcase launch for clients, global suppliers and dignitaries, including relocation of 500 staff and equipment whilst ensuring business continuity.

  • Rolled out 14 financial services across 10 European markets broadening the business offering to consistently exceed annual sales and revenue targets growing from €12 million to €15 million turnover in 3 financial years.

  • Achieved annual online revenue (£2m) and gross profit targets within 8 months for a department store client.

  • Secured and delivered the £50,000 ecommerce website development project for a lighting company.

Extra-Curricular Responsibilities and Interest

Club & 1st team Captain at Stoke-on-Trent RUFC.

  • Accountable for player welfare and performance across 3 senior teams, developing senior player responsibility both on and off the field.
  • Led the 1st team to promotion into National League 3 in my first season as captain and for the first time for the club for over 30 years.
  • Initiated and managed a new project developing a new organisational structure, overcoming resistance to change. This project helped maintain the clubs league position in my second year as captain whilst increasing the number of registered players, improving player engagement and turnout to mid-week training.
  • Led the integration of the senior and mini, juniors sections to showcase player pathways thus enhancing the rugby club community.
  • Now playing and developing networks at Macclesfield Rugby Club having moved to the area with my partner.

Other interests include:

  • Outdoor pursuits (certified through DoE Awards Scheme), skiing (to competition level), Scuba Diving (PADI qualified), cycling, surfing and paddle boarding.
  • Keen interest in different cultures having visited South America, China and Europe.
