In my experience in customer service i've been able to experience in all different situation and point of views as a customer service advisor or as a owner as a company. Which has allowed me to have empathy and know how to help the customer as much as i can.


I've had basic training in database system Salesforce and being able to navigate how to use it if I happen to use this system in the future ill be able to use it efficiently and affectively.
