Project AMDOCS – Implementation of a single IT system, thereby introducing new and exciting functionality for Three customers, while guaranteeing end-to-end business and technical components comply with the regulatory obligations of telecom and FCA, in readiness for Technical and Commercial launch

Responsibilities:

• Led workshops with business stakeholders, the risk & compliance team and Amdocs representatives (third party) to understand compliance with the regulations/regulatory obligations of Three as a business
• Converted regulations/regulatory obligations into compliance requirements and wrote acceptance criteria for the same
• Led Requirements and Acceptance criteria verification workshop with the enterprise risk & compliance team, Amdocs SMEs (Third party) and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with regulatory obligations and business need
• Engaged legal and general teams to manage project timelines, ensure compliance to meet the project launch date
• Conducted Friendly user trials to validate the functionality of the AMDOCS system for B2B and B2C customers
• Reviewed compliance evidence provided by Amdocs SMEs to ensure adherence to regulatory obligations
• Participated in migration dress rehearsals and daily migration reviews with Amdocs, PMO and the business stakeholders.

Project Rebus – Implementation of new IT system, with functionality for Three PAYG customers, ensuring end-to-end components comply with the regulatory obligations of telecom and FCA, in readiness for Technical and Commercial, and across all other transformation project such as the Independent Delivery Capabilities (IDC), Genesys platform, Data protection (GDPR) and other Project initiatives to enhance the 3Vision PAYG platform

Responsibilities:

• Worked as a Business Readiness Compliance Interlock to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations on the Rebus Pay as You Go (PAYG) platform
• Provided compliance support throughout the project lifecycle, from definition to delivery
• Improved documentation and methodologies to enhance project delivery processes
• Identified and mitigated gaps in systems, processes, and procedures in collaboration with legal and general teams and raised change request (CRs) where appropriate
• Supported the Data Protection Team in assessing solutions for GDPR compliance by acting as the first line compliance team lead
• Reviewed and approved evidence of compliance supplied by third parties to ensure compliance with Ofcom, FCA, and other business regulatory obligations
• Managed identity and access mapping (IDAM) to ensure that correct tools, access, and privileges are assigned to the appropriate groups or individuals.

Project GDPR - Implementation of security controls on all Systems/Applications holding Structured and Unstructured Data within the Yorkshire water services operations

Responsibilities:

• Conducted comprehensive research to discover both the Structured and Unstructured data source from over 150 systems holding Personal Identifiable Information (PII) and Sensitive data as described by GDPR, creating the AS-IS state, such as OneDrive, lotus note email, outlook email, ICE, E-Recruitment, SAP, Odyssey
• Created the IAR for the operation and captured all the systems/ application used within Yorkshire water, as determined by system owners, and created a process flow
• Managed over 150 Internal stakeholders and third parties to understand and determined the AS-IS state, carried out gap analysis of the identified systems or applications that holds data using different Elicitation techniques
• Created process flows and data matrices to visualize data flow and scope of the project
• Analyzed the AS-IS state against the GDPR requirement and Yorkshire water information security policies to determine the gap in order to implement security controls to mitigate the gap
• Developed high level requirements for the security controls as identified in the gap analysis using the company information security policies as well as GDPR requirement
• Created proposals for the implementation of these security controls to mitigate the risk identified for both structured and unstructured data work stream.

Project GDPR - Readiness Assessment and Implementing EU GDPR requirements across different business.

Responsibilities:

• Managed stakeholders and conducted impact assessments to understand GDPR requirements
• Developed GDPR questionnaires, conducted gap analysis, and translated findings into actionable deliverables
• Conducted data mapping activities and impact assessments across various business areas
• Assisted in developing a framework for GDPR implementation and traceability matrix.
