Affiliations

  • I have a love of running particularly on trails, I've ran a number of Ultra marathons within Scotland and founf each of these challenging and rewarding. Lessons learned in these have helped me in dealing with the challenges we face in life.
  • Mountains have always been a draw for me and i love getting out in them. I wouldnt class myself as a munro bagger but ive been up about 60 of them. Some of these a number of times. I did a mountain leadership course in September at Glenmore lodge and am currently consolidating this with more QMDs before I take the assessment.
