  • Developing a new Covid 19 training strategy which took on challenges based on learning styles, accessibility to trainees and time limitations, which resulted in a previous programme of 10 days being condensed down to 5
  • 21 consecutive inductions to replace a full contact centre of staffing based on customer demand for holidays and situational developments which required increased contact centre staffing
  • Being the youngest member of the company to be handed a training position, and then being a central part of the department to cover a number of areas including products, service, existing skill development and agent performance.
