  Serve as the thought leader and Program Manager responsible for developing and managing multiple specialized intelligence teams within the Fuse Intelligence Department. These teams include Influence Operations Intelligence and Discovery, Criminal Intelligence, Cyber Threat Intelligence, and Protective Intelligence.
  
  • Contributed to the development of a new Influence Operations (IO) Kill Chain and a bespoke Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) framework specifically designed for TikTok. These frameworks, integrated with geopolitical intelligence, were instrumental in creating an Information Warfare Risk Heatmap to assess and mitigate platform threats.
  • Designed and implemented strategies that align intelligence discovery and operational efforts across the platform to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
