My role was to assist customers, discuss with professionals about stocks, to make inventory of stocks and supplies, keep the shop clean and tidy, keep the invoices and prices up to date, assist new employees and support them in their roles to ensure perfect functioning of the shop and full satisfaction for our customers needs. • Main duties were attending with personal care, washing, bathing, dressing, assisting to toilet, assisting with eating and drinking, assisted taking short walks in the garden, engaging the lady in different activities in daytime, administering her medication, assisted in the evening when going to bed, one to one attendance during the night as I used to be live in carer
• Ensuring her next of keen was always updated regarding her state, always prepared to contact medical emergency in case of any health deteriorations
