• Documentation & Knowledge Management: Lead initiatives to centralize documentation, including the development of the National Sales Document, Lastrada CUSUM SOPs, Technical Bible, and Clause Library, enhancing compliance and audit readiness.
• CUSUM Systems Leadership: Manage regional CUSUM systems across Wales and the South, applying statistical analysis to optimise material usage, ensure consistent product performance, and drive data-led commercial and operational outcomes.
• Record Keeping & Process Control: Ensure consistent system records through systematic updates, maintenance of product relationships, and reconciliation of MRS curve adjustments based on trial data.

• Working within the Commercial team for RMX Concrete in the East of England region my responsibilities include:
• Correctly interpreting specifications to ensure mixes offered conform to British Standards BS EN 8500 part 1&2 and BS EN 12620 and are fit for purpose, whilst identifying performance product promotion opportunities.
• Provide first point support to customers and colleagues for Proprietary & Performance products (BreedonFlow, Screeds, Cemfloor) during the recruitment process for the Performance Products Supervisor replacement.
• Driving the actions needed to ensure that the East of England region achieves its national agreement target for production with CEM III/A-L.
• Taking ownership of Cement type changes across the region and providing knowledge support to commercial and operational teams on types and grades of cement, offering advice on more economical mixes, and supporting with mix alternatives during breakdowns and product shortages.
• Monitoring supply options for mix codes, cement types and additives to manage stocks and ensure smooth supply.
• Working closely with Technical to design mixes within tight carbon targets, resolve customer complaints and identify cost saving opportunities.
• Attend monthly East of England meetings to offer insight on issues and area's for improvement.

• Working with members of the Construction Industry Scheme I offered book keeping services along with calendar management and annual tax return services. I also tracked members' compliance with industry standards, ensuring their training was up to date.

• Leading a team of 14 customer service agents for packed and bulk cementitious products. I was responsible for managing the day-to-day order book for 16 supply plants across 2 business lines, ensuring we worked within capacity and product availability.
• Supervising and planning staffing levels, keeping my team up to date with industry standards. Conducting 1:1 and end of year performance reviews. Other people management tasks such as Recruitment / Absence reviews /Disciplinary processes/ Risk assessments.
• Senior point of escalation for batcher's across all UK Hanson Concrete Plants, and Working with Production managers to manage capacity changes.
• Analysing data across internal systems to organise and manage the replenishment of stocks for internal and imported materials.
• Working alongside the Technical manager to identify, agree and action source changes in compliance with customers requirements in times of crisis and ensuring systems reconciled.
