I enjoy being healthy and setting myself new goals I have recently ran a liverpool half marathon and a rasselbock full marathon on 12 July 2026
I have recently invested in a bike and enjoying it in this weather

I do time restricting eating. I have recently (July 26) ran a marathon. And regularly go to the gym. I listen to podcast to help with my fitness journey
