Michelle Pelpola

I worked at The Acai Club, where I had the opportunity to learn how professionally prepared açaí bowls are created and presented to a high standard. My role also involved preparing smoothies and fresh juices, maintaining a clean and organised workspace, and delivering excellent customer service. Through daily interaction with customers, I developed strong communication and interpersonal skills, becoming confident in engaging with new people and creating a welcoming environment.

Worked at Hermitage Primary School supporting a Year 4 teacher and assisting pupils in the classroom. Responsibilities included helping children stay engaged with their studies, providing one to one support where needed, encouraging positive behaviour, and assisting with classroom activities and learning tasks. I helped create a supportive and encouraging environment where pupils felt confident participating in lessons and developing their skills. Helped support the teacher with classroom organisation, preparation of learning materials, and ensuring students remained focused and motivated throughout the school day.
