The main responsibilities for my role are -

• Being the key point of contact for budget holders
• the preparation of budget monitoring information, and participating in the preparation of revenue and capital budgets
• Ensuring I liaise and engage with budget holders, assisting them with financial information, grant information requests, attending budget meetings
• Using D365/Solver to provide general financial advice and support to budget holders, using various Excel spreadsheets and systems
• Assisting with the submission of quarterly grant claims to WECA on various grant funded projects
• Ensuring that the Home to School Transport recharges are accurate and are recahrged correctly, in line with the invoices that have been paid
