WORK EXPERIENCE

I worked as an Allocator for Deckers Brands & worked on the HOKA & UGG planning team. As an Allocator I was responsible for the distribution of stock to full price stores in the UK & Europe, by ensuring accurate & timely allocations are carried out in line with distribution targets. I ran weekly stock availability reports & analysed sales to identify the best products to maximise individual store performance. I attended weekly regional retail store management calls & visited stores to gain feedback on products, identify best & worse sellers & make suggestions on products to meet there customer portfolio. At the end of the season I coordinated stock to be transferred from full price stores to outlets or returned to warehouses. I worked alongside the buying, marketing & visual merchandising team, to ensure products are launched in line with global campaigns. I worked alongside the wider team & pre-allocated to new store openings & HOKA events in the UK & Europe.

HOBBIES & INTERESTS

Health & fitness is a big part of my lifestyle.  I regularly climb, gym, swim, walk, hike & paddle board in the summer. I started to crochet plushies last year & set up an online Etsy shop & sell my products in person at craft markets. Additional interests include socialising/ coffee with friends, enjoying the great outdoors and I love to travel & gain new experiences.
