For example if the student is ill for them to contact the employer.

After having my first child I retrained and became a baby and pre-school swimming teacher. I teach babies from newborn up to pre school and really enjoy seeing both the parents and babies gain confidence in the water and have fun. I have a safeguarding qulalification and I have a lifesaving qualification that I renew every 2 years. I have worked for Swimtots, Southern Swim School, LWSA and have been working at Rusalka Swim school since May 2018.

This role involved referencing tenants for managing agents. I would call previous landlords and managing agents for references, calling employers for references and checking the tenants credit history. We have to work to a high standard and check that we have correct information before deciding we can pass the application and also need to check passports and visas where applicable.
Maintaining a high customer service was very important and checking all information thoroughly to make sure the tenant was able to afford the rent.
I was employed by Mencap as a work preparation coordinator. This involved meeting adults with mild to moderate learning disabilities and helping them into work by finding work placements for them. I would speak with potential employers and secure a work placement for 6 weeks. During this time I would support them once a week to see how they were doing and if they needed to improve. At the end of the 6 weeks if there was a position available the person would go into paid employment and I could still offer support to them.
I had to use my customer service skills to secure placements, and interviews but also be organized to go to a lot of establishments supporting a number of people. Time management was key to support the service users.
I worked as a customer service advisor working in the motor insurance department. I have good communication skills and would take incoming calls regarding customer policies. Following this, I became a Team Manager. Managing admin team of 10 people, taking complaints where needed and making sure we were all up to date and providing a quality service.
