Summary

I have eight years of retail experience and have demonstrated my leadership though effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. A key focus of mine has been driving high standards and quality. I completed two years of study in counselling skills, enhancing active listening and adaptability, and an individual approach which I use on daily basis in my work environment. In recognition of these skills I was promoted to Ambient Section Leader. After two years my manager and store manager asked me to transition to General Merchandise to implement the same high standards, improve team morale, and level of performance like I had on ambient.
