Summary

I am a mature, positive, and hardworking individual who always strives to achieve the highest standards possible. Being able to deal with Stakeholders at all levels, adapt and embrace change in a positive way are my main strong points. Often, I can get called on at a moment’s notice to change direction and prioritise my work to best support our site. I have just spent 12 months managing my own team of apprentices. This was from the recruitment stage, Through welcome training and beyond. Prior to managing my own team my time was spent cover managing different teams supporting managers where needed and have been doing so on and off for the last 5 years. Now I want to look at other options that are available in EE/BT.
