Tool Proficiency - Competent in using tools and equipment necessary for blade repair, including power tools, hand tools, and safety gear (harnesses, ropes, helmets)

Mechanical Aptitude - Basic mechanical understanding of wind turbine components, especially rotor blades, and the ability to troubleshoot and assist with repairs

Problem Solving - Ability to assess damage and determine the most effective and efficient repair methods while ensuring quality standards are met

Teamwork & Communication - Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and supervisors, ensuring smooth coordination and safety during operations

Physical Fitness & Stamina - Able to work in physically demanding environments, including performing tasks in high altitudes, confined spaces, and challenging weather conditions

Attention to Detail - Focus on precision and quality, ensuring repairs are performed to the highest standards and all safety protocols are followed

Full UK Driving License - Hold a valid, full UK driving license, enabling reliable transportation to various job sites
