I have proven ability to mentor and engage with youth, demonstrating problem-solving skills and forward thinking. I am an expert in teamwork, collaboration, and cultural awareness, with a focus on building trust and positive relationships. I have experience in child development understanding, supportive teaching strategies, and behaviour management. I am committed to providing SEND or non SEND support with a patient and empathetic attitude.

I'm Reliable and proactive with exceptional organisational and communication skills, ensuring smooth daily operations and optimal team support. Capable of managing schedules and handling correspondence efficiently. I am very much looking to make meaningful impact in a pastoral assistant role as I believe I will thrive in that role as young people are always drawn to me for help, guidance and sometimes just to talk. It would be an honour to work for my old school as I gained a lot of support and I feel like it is time to give back.

• Various Youth Clubs, Youth Leader, Present, I currently volunteer as a youth leader, helping to run creative and educational sessions for young people. I support with planning activities, mentoring individuals, and creating a safe and inclusive space where everyone feels valued and heard.
• Children's Summer and Easter Camps, Dance Instructor / Camp Volunteer, I've volunteered at several children's camps, where I had the opportunity to lead dance workshops, support group activities, and help young people build confidence through movement and creative play. These experiences deepened my love for working with youth and helped me develop leadership, patience, and communication skills.
