I am responsible for building a strong team to achieve a great customer experience whist achieving our sales and profit targets.

The role I currently hold is extremely varied on a daily basis other than the areas identified above. Some of my other roles are looking through accounts, retention figures to identify areas for improvement whilst celebrating success with the team.

My current team consists of 65+ team members so clear communication and guidance is critical in my role.

The departments I am responsible for turn over on average £1.3 million a month.
