  • Within my role as manager in Dedicated Supergym, I was tasked many daily jobs as well as trying to push the gym to reach more members and project our income. My daily tasks would include delegating the following jobs or doing some of them myself, general hygiene of the gym, reception, restrooms saunas & office areas, ensuring all machines were safe and in working order, doing stock checks and ordering stock. Outside of this I would have rotas completed 4 weeks in advance, test and try new ways to display products to increase sales, work on our social media and website to keep it updated with any changes to the gym and handle cash when closing tills or doing floats.

  • My role in Decathlon as a Duty Manager consisted of making rotas, handling cash, pushing sales in any way I can, I was the on site first aider & was trained in fire safety for all of my shifts there. Outside of the actual management part of my job I was also the lead workshop technician for camping & water sports repairs in which I had to repair pretty much anything to do with either of those sports, even if the product was bought outside of our company, other stores would also send customers products to me for repairs which my store would gain credit for, we trained up a lot of our employees for their respective departments for the same reason.

  • Dancing / Performing I've done for the last 13 years professionally and have been fortunate enough to travel to 17 countries over that period, most of them multiple times. I've had the chance to work with companies such as NBA & Dolce & Gabbana in various places such as New York, Las Angeles, Las Vegas, Shanghai, Maldives and many more. With this comes the responsibility of either leading a group of performers to and from the job, to leading rehearsals, to working with agents / management to ensure full satisfaction of our clients. I've also owned 2 dance schools during this time both of which were none profit and came with all the previous listed responsibilities.
