Michael Sutherland-Sharpe

I am just starting out in my full-time employment career
and I have also been in part-time employment since
leaving school in 2022. I am experienced in conflict
resolution due to previous employment, and I have
enjoyed working with many types of customer
interactions.
One asset of my personality I am proud of is, my
communication skills and my ability to articulate my
viewpoints whilst maintaining good manners and staying
respectful with my wording.

•  I like to keep myself fit and healthy, I do this by doing physical activities such as, attending the gym regularly, playing football and various other physical activities.  I love to go to the lake district; I must say my favorite area is Windermere and when I hiked up to the summit of hellvellyn I was able to witness the view of our national parks, I would consider myself to be a conservationist, I am so invested into the preservation and maintenance of our national parks.

-Problem solving.
I am a lover of puzzles and anything that I do not
understand I like to research to expand my
knowledge. There is always a solution to a
problem and sometimes it's just best to take a
step back and think outside the box to resolve the
issue.
-IT Skills.
I have a knowledge and understanding of software
applications such as ‘Microsoft Word and Excel’,
‘PowerPoint’ and ‘Paint’ and I am efficient with
the use of most interaction/chat platforms.
-Health and Safety.
I am always conscious of health and safety and
have on several occasions identified and raised
issues at home, school and work, I am not afraid
to speak out and always look for the safest
solution to an issue.
