Working with service users who attend planned care respite who present with challenging behaviour. Undertaking all roles as discussed as a Band 5, however more supervision with staff, auditing, holding meetings, service improvement and completing rota's.

Supported service users who were attending to meet their daily care needs. Assisted with giving medications, undertaking supervision and appraisals. In this role I would often shift co-ordinate and delegate different jobs to the team. Undertaken many challenging situations and conversations with the service users to aid in diffusing situations

Working with different patients who required to be in a challenging behaviour hospital usually under a section of the mental health act due to challenging behaviour in the community. Regular duties included ensuring patient care was at a high standard, documentation of care plans and relevant forms, medication, and assisting support staff with different day to day duties.
