-Maintain service line databases for record keeping, ensuring accurate reporting and invoice processing.
-To book interpreters and transport facilities for patient appointments where required to ensure equity of access for patients.

- To liaise with hospitals and other health partners regarding onward referrals or to obtain test results, ensuring appropriate documentation into patient’s record.
