Process Technician operating Delta equipment producing Covid 19 / Flu test strips , including printing ,register control ,addition of reagents for fast activating test results in Hospitals , Local GP offices and Patients Homes . Packaging ,labelling and Batch Record following SOP instructions.

Operating Hot Foil printing and Embossing machinery producing elite Cigarette Tipping papers . Tight tolerances +/- 0.2 mm on print register . Liaising with Lab Technicians ensuring test samples are within set quality standards prior to full production. PC data recording during production, relevant paperwork completed, use of 5,s procedures for high house keeping standards .

Production Team Leader of 6 producing Digital Masters for Copy Machines used in Schools , Hospitals , Churches and general offices . Position included supervising and representing the Team as well as operating the Laminator Process with an assistant . Chemical Handling following MSDS guides, COSHH and appropriate PPE . Daily meetings with Production Manager reporting 3 shift / 24 hr machine performances ,OEE reports etc.
