• Key Roles:
• Responsible for the management and coordination of all temporary works activities within a specified
  area to meet project requirements.
• Liaising with the PCs TWC.
• Coordination of all Temporary Works (TW) activities ready for construction to meet project requirements.
• Ensure the BBV Temporary Works Register is maintained and newly identified items are correctly risk assessed.
• Ensure that construction methods statements and risk assessments comply with the requirements of the temporary works design.
• Ensure that information relevant to the temporary works has been received from the client, principal designer and permanent works designer, as appropriate.
• Ensure that a design brief is prepared with consultation within the project team and that it is both adequate and in accordance with the actual situation on site.
• Ensure that any other temporary works in the vicinity are referenced in the design brief.

• Key Roles:
• Ensure with the Supervisor that the works are carried out on site as per the Risk Assessment Method Statement.
• Ensures that up-to-date construction information is distributed to all relevant parties to be used at all times.
• Sets up mechanisms to inform the engineering team of changes as they occur. Disseminates and explains construction information to sub-contractors, foremen and operatives.
• Take off and produce requisitions for materials to be delivered to site ensuring compliance
  with the standards and specifications.
• Ensures that any changes, request for information or non-conformances (NCR) are raised correctly and closed out in a timely manner so as not to impact site works.
• Ensure appropriate controls are applied to prevent reoccurrence.
• Takes responsibility for ensuring that company and project quality requirements procedures are implemented.
• Temporary works design process management.
• Preparation of an adequate design brief.
• Completion and maintenance of a temporary works register.

Key role:

• Provides technical support to site and clients.
• Temporary work methods – ensures necessary and correct information is gathered prior to commencement of design.
• Design and Drafting of Scaffold and Formworks – ensures loads are understood and properly analyzed and distributed.
• Shop drawing – ensures detailed, compulsory and comprehensive information is presented in an orderly manner and format.
• Team Leadership – guides technical team and ensures each personnel understood the task.
• Project Management – programs activities and ensures internal processes align with project and clients targets.
• Site Training, Supervision and pre-pour Inspection – as part of sub-contractor/supplier responsibility to clients, it is paramount to fulfill basic responsibility of training, supervising and inspecting as per project requirement.
• Procurement and Logistics – to plan ahead of project and ensures the right material is forecasted and delivered.

Key Role:

• Checks received IFC drawings for completeness.
• Design and draft the scaffold and formwork proposal as per client's recommendation.
• Prepares sequence of work as per project requirement.
• Prepares calculation report upon request, visits site either for training or inspection.

Key Role:

• Coordinates activity within team of earthwork foremen, allocation of equipment, provision of any necessary technical assistance as per site condition.

Key Role:

• Excavation of earth as per surveyor’s markings.
• Coordinating activity among labors.
• Preparation of Formwork.
• Concrete pouring of leveling pads.
• Installation of MSE walls, backfilling and compaction.
