Our business offers a national installation and service to several major customers in the brewery industry, carrying out work for Mitchells and Butler , Hawkstone , JDW , Damm Brewery amongst others. We have previously carried out work for Molson Coors and AB Inbev.

We also provide pouring facility products & a skilled installation and service team to many indoor and outdoor major events (Glastonbury, Leeds & Reading, Download etc.).

As Business unit manager I am responsible for the day to day running of the depot, this includes managing workloads for 16 engineers, ensuring all our customers SLA'S and RSL'S are met to their expectations. My role also requires me to carry out major installation surveys for our customers and I also carry out field audits to ensure all work is carried out to a satisfactory standard.

I carry out regular training programmes with my engineers to update them with new installation specifications for our customers.

Disciplinary and Health and Safety Issues are all included in my work role.

I am responsible for holiday and sickness planning, stock allocation and stock control. I also answer any customer complaints or issues which involves meeting with the customer to discuss their concerns.

I was invited to join Three Nations to carry out my previous role with Mitchells and Butler due to Three Nations winning the dispense contract. My role was to carry out all Mitchell and Butler surveys and Installs and to work alongside the Business unit manager.
