• Promoted to kitchen team leader, coordinating bar duties and kitchen operations.

I began my role in December as a member of the Bar Staff team, where I quickly established myself as a reliable and dedicated member of the team. I took pride in maintaining a clean and well-organised bar, ensuring products were correctly stocked and managed according to company procedures. I particularly enjoyed providing excellent customer service, as I genuinely enjoy interacting with people and making their experience as positive and enjoyable as possible.

After demonstrating my commitment and ability to take on additional responsibility, I was promoted to Team Leader. In this role, I worked across all areas of the arcade, supporting customers with any issues they encountered and ensuring problems were resolved efficiently and professionally. I also took responsibility for supporting and managing staff, helping to resolve workplace issues and disputes in a positive and fair manner.
